My F150 broke down in Watertown SD; on 7/8/2022 was my apt. with them to look at it. I ask Eric in the service dept. to give me an estimate for the repair, he never call me back, so when I called him he seamed annoyed and gave me a low ball estimate of $1200.00. On 7/15/2022 at 7:30 AM was my apt. f...or a 4 hour repair, I live 100 miles away so I ask Eric to call me when repairs are finish so my brother could give me a ride there, Eric never called so when I called him he seamed annoyed and said it was finish, by then it was to late to pick up my F150 for that day. I told him I’ll pick it up the next day and ask him if he works that day? He lied and said he did. The next day I came in for my F150, the total cost was $1636.55, hundreds of dollars more then Eric low ball estimate and he wasn’t there to talk to him about the bill. I had to pay it as is!!! I will never go back there if I have to deal with Eric in the service dept.!!! UPDATE: I called dealership and talked to service manager, he listen to my complaint and MADE IT RIGHT. They do great work, but oil changes always take a long time. But once in the door it's 30 minutes, getting vehicle in the door takes much longer. But again, they do good work in the oil change lines.

Oil change and tire rotation took 50 minutes from drop off to phone call that it was complete. We tried to empty the garbage off the floor when parking it in line, but no garbage cans available. So we left the empty cups and pop bottles on the floor. The garbage was placed on the passenger seat whil...e floor was vacuumed and left there. The length of time was better, but the garbage issue left the experience falling short of exemplary. Show more

I bought my 2016 Ford Escape from this dealership and have been diligent about bringing it in for servicing every 5,000 miles. I hit 25,000 earlier this week and, once again, their servicing was efficient, prompt, and thorough. Their waiting area is pleasant with a nice variety of snacks for us wh...ile work is being done. The only downfall I have, was that the last 3 times I have taken my car in to get it fixed, they never had the parts on hand and I always have to leave my car there for two plus days for them to order parts.
