Went in to look and see what they had and called Tim Amy the salesman, he met us and we looked at some options a. He mentioned a suv i looked at it took it for a drive, came back told him I liked it he didn't pressure us in buying it told us to take a few days to think bout it but we decided to jump on it and bought it. Tim Amy is a top notch salesman never pressured us in any vehicle we have bought from him.

We do not owe a Chrysler, nor do we live in Watertown but we stopped here to charge our electric vehicle. This is the first road trip we’ve taken and are new to the ev world. That being said, we don’t really know what we’re doing. Multiple people who work here came to help us. When we realized we didn’t have the correct adapter to charge, one gentleman even offered to go and get his adapter from his home to assist us. Wonderful people that were helpful and very kind. 10 out of 10!

I took my ford explorer for an oil change. They showed me proof how dirty the filters were and recommended changing. Then was told I needed tires and brakes. The experts helped me pick out the ones they thought would be best for my car. They picked up my car and returned it on time. Kept me updated during the whole process. The whole process went smooth and u couldn’t have asked for better service.Sandi is excellent and cares about her customers!!

Joe is the guy to buy cars from! He's super friendly and courteous. He answered all of our questions in a way we could understand and with full honesty. We left feeling like we had made a great decision. Emily and the guys in the shop were timely and thorough when they addressed issues with our other vehicle. Would highly recommend. As I was out of town, traveling thru Watertown and my truck sprayed anti-freeze everywhere... I had no resources at all to troubleshoot and repair. I had the truck towed to Watertown Ford Chrysler and the personnel there took excellent care of me & my truck. Kudos to Sandy for her excellent communication and status of my Truck. Great Job!
